Ingredients and Preparation
To make the mouthwatering cinnamon French toast sticks, you will require thick slices of white bread, ÂĽ cup milk, two eggs, cinnamon powder, 1/3 cup white sugar, maple syrup, 3 tbsp. butter, and salt to taste.
The first step towards making cinnamon French toast sticks is to cut out the crust of the bread cut the bread slice into three halves. You can also use stale bread to make these toast sticks. Now, in a mixing bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and salt according to your taste. In another plate, mix the cinnamon and the sugar.

Take a pan and melt the butter. Once the butter is simmering, dip the breadsticks in the egg mixture, shake off the excess, and lightly fry them until both sides turn golden in color. Take them out and dip them in the cinnamon and sugar mixture immediately. If the coating with the sugar and cinnamon is not done when the toasts are hot, the mix will not stick to the toast sticks.
Once all your French toast sticks are done, serve with maple syrup in a bowl or drizzle the syrup over the sticks. Alternatively, you can also serve the breadsticks with a healthy serving of fresh fruits and berries.
